If french fries are your favorite food but you hate the fat from frying.
Try oven frying ’em!
Follow these simple steps and you’re good to go!
- Cut potatoes into matchsticks or crinkle cut (leave the skin on for more fiber).
- Toss in a bowl with a few tablespoons of canola or safflower oil and fresh pressed garlic.
- Bake at 45o until crisp and golden. (A baking stone is great for this, but not absolutely necessary.)
